* Mississippi Coastal Region or ’Coastal’. Counties within this region remain unchanged for the years 2014 through 2017.
**  Mississippi River Region - For the years 2014 and 2015 Mississippi Gaming Revenues were reported as the Mississippi Coastal Region and the Mississippi River Region.  Beginning in 2016, the Gaming Revenue Reports report the previous Mississippi River Region as ‘Northern’ and ‘Central’.  We have combined ‘Northern’ and ’Central’ as  ‘Mississippi River Region’ or ‘River’ in 2016 and 2017 to maintain continuity in our year-over-year comparisons.

Revenue reports include those from the Mississippi licensed gaming facilities reporting to the Mississippi Gaming Commission.  They do not include the Native American Tribal casinos since the Tribal groups do not report to the Mississippi state gaming agency.
